Refund policy

Every Candy Coated Co. piece is printed to order just for you, so we don't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or wrong size. Please check the size chart on each product before ordering.

Damaged, defective or wrong item? We'll make it right. If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, email us at base2finaldesigns@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.

Lost package? If tracking shows your order delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local post office first, then reach out and we'll help.

Wrong address: Orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout aren't eligible for a free reship, but we'll help where we can.

Cancellations: Because production starts fast, cancellation requests must reach us within 2 hours of ordering.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days.
